Is There a Skill Set That's Trainable?
meditation can be this thing that sort of seeps into every part of your life, including your ability to be present and really focus on who's in front of you. People who engage in certain practices, people who practise hyper phocus, an being superattentive, they reduce the amount of attention a blank,. That allows them to actually intake a lot more information. And so when people are able kno whether it's art or whether it's design, it's all about listening. It comes back to noticing what is, what is driving other people, what is making them interested or disinterested.
