All proceeds from the book have gone into a foundation, which is currently funding some food pantries in my constituency. These are not like food banksyou become a member for four pounds a week, and you can get a a good a weekly shop of your choice. I've done community building refurbishments. One of my projects is a a tudor manner that was left to decay by the council,. I bought it for a quid, set up a charity. So what we have to recognize is that if the state can't afford to do things, then we have to find other ways of doing that and looking after people. And that, to me, is what conservatism is about
