The Fed is reducing its balance sheet and it raises interest rates. Expenses are up everywhere in the real estate business. No one investor is gonna buy something that loses money every month Whether it's right whether it's sheer strength or whether it's an apartment building It's the same fundamentals. Prices have to go down on the asset or expenses must go down.
