Craft Managers - Is That Really Good?
A craft manager can fight for your designs when you're not there to fight for them. I still think there's just something about thstreet cred that is really important here, being able to talk, walk, and in some cases, on block you like that. Do yous come up? Ot hat, huh? Also, it's just fun,. Like, my manager at Github works on side projects and writes code, builds creative web sits and projects. It tickles my brain and makes me feel like that kind of creative exploration outside of work is appropriate and encouraged and supported.
