The first 40 or so homes were funded with hard money. Now we've graduated to a revolving line of credit that funds the acquisition and renovation costs first. At any given time, we're probably doing 20 or 30 active renovations across multiple markets. The average GC that works with DoorBest is about five active projects at a time with 40k projects on average as well. That gives us some scale efficiency and cost advantages and things of that figure.
