Eurystheus and Heracles
Eurystheus was more than happy to accept Heracles as his servant. He instructed our hero to perform 10 heroic tasks, which were also called labors. Naturally, a lot of this involved fighting monsters and wrangling horses. But Eurystheu also wound up wrangling horses, retrieving cattle,. fetching magical fruit, even stealing somebody's girdle.
