The Importance of a Basket of Skills
I think it's definitely both things going on. I think they have different aspects at first, but a lot of it is actual just expertise. Have actually just knowing things that if you'd worked in various places for a while, you just probably would by default. There's also some aspect of just kind of some sort of common sense street smart thing that I think people sometimes raise as an point above and beyond the other bits. And then this last bit of actually doing that for that forward or backward training, that's really non trivial. It becomes way harder if you're training off different things you might worry about, but just like focus on that even as a simplified assumption.
