Glenwood is the best for the mid-summer because it's like a pool but most months out of the year you can get enjoyment out of these spaces. You have to become a member of the Orient Land Trust in order to do a reservation before the day of which is pretty much essential if you want to have space. If you're having a good time just remember take a break every I don't know 45ish minutes get out of the pool get a drink. Hydrate yourself it's Colorado and you're in a hot springs and you're probably at a higher elevation those are all going to really dry you out.
