Is Your Product Roadmap the Inbox Zero?
A lot of times it's burningly obvious what the next thing you should be working on is. The best teams don't need those short term roadmaps, but they are helpful to coordinate longer term efforts. And if we're talking like a 10 person startup, I don't think a road map matters nearly as much as listening to your customers.
