Is It Common for Them to Seal Affidavits if They're Actively Pursuing an Accomplice?

If he was charged with conspiracy, there has to be someone else involved. It could be that they have just enough or they're hoping to flip them once he's arrested. And from what I read around it, I think they even said that, you know, someone else is being pursued. So yeah, we'll see how that goes.
