When Kindred's kids were little, she used to get up early and spend her free time with them. Now that they're in school, she has more responsibilities but still gets a lot of 'free time' She takes Fridays off from work so she can do whatever she wants on the weekend. Her advice: Your season of life is what determines where you put your free time.
