Russia's Bailout of the Bosporus Deal Could Slow Wheat Prices Up
Only 85 ships actually got to pass through the Bosporus carrying grain for the entire month of January. That was the lowest level since August. Russia might be souring on this deal, which is their way of quiet quitting. If they see bailing out as a way to renew their blockade in the Black Sea and use economic warfare against Ukraine, that would put the rest of the world back to square one.
