Is Universality Really Necessary?
Public service content remains universally available for everyone, and they don't need to pay a subscription. The important bits in your eyes that need to be preserved actually perhaps don't reach most people. You know, when i t v started to show it vs the main commercial awork of the show, of breakfast programme, the b b c insisted on doing the same thing. Ind another example, but people often talk about the need for sporting events to be free to air,. every one to be able to watch them without paying. Is that really necessary?
