Can You Negotiate Out of These Fees?

You have to look through them all because when you're paying $350 to $500 per fee and there's four to five of them in that deal, that that's a big that can turn into two to three points. And if you're doing that on 10 deals, that's going to add up dramatically over, you know, over a year. All these fees add up and you really got to watch for them. But they always keep it at like a level where it's annoying, but it's not worth actually like arguing about like to actually go after your lenders for those things.
