I think offices are very practical for certain companies, and they will keep them anyways. But i really like the idea that you weare talking about is we're likely be going to see more fractional real estate. And maybe it's like yabrunch during the day, but then it's a night club at night. I think more 24 seven use of spaces is going to be something that continues to proliferate as a trend.
