The Partnership Between Jay Barrichel and Jim Balsley
The film is just as interested in that partnership. It would be a much less interesting movie, I think, if he were just portrayed as like a useless snake who ruined everything. Glenn Howardton's character is absolutely the stereotype of everything I hate about sort of American style business machismo. And then the final thing, which is like for all of that macho posturing, right, for all of the money and success, all it takes is the media are hitting the earth and all of one kind of alpha dies in an instant.
