Are We in an Era of Technology?
Last year was one of the worst productivity levels we've had in our economy ever. You know now what we tend to be a little bit more optimistic at the time of this year thinking we could have actually job layoffs but positive productivity people getting rid of their less productive workers. There's been some stories around like how big tech like the stocks you talked about in Amazon, meta, Google have basically doubled their workforces for the last three years. So again, I think you cannot detach the two things so yes we've been in the era of free money and very low cost of funding which increases dramatically workforce in many segments and many companies. We are in an era of technology when era of robotics
