The Problem With Jephthah's Vow
Abimalek is the son of Jephthah, a Gileadite who was rejected by his family. He becomes a mighty warrior but also ends up as a bandit. Abimalek's story shows how God blesses people then turns them away to other gods. Then tragedy befalls and they turn back to Lord; he helps them restore their faith.
