How to Use Java Compilers With Source and Target Compatibility

Source compatibility is saying, when you read in my source files, my.java files only use features up until that version. The target compatibility at the JDK is what type of byte coded outputJDK, 11 byte code or JDK 8 byte code. Usually you would want those to be both the same, although not necessarily. In newer versions of the JDK, now you don't really need to use those. Although, I think you still have to use those for Android specifically because Android is still only in the Android block in your configuration.
