The Importance of Taking Responsibility

Elle John: You have an entire generation of people who want to be discipled and mentored. And that's the question is why not? Why not? That's right. Somebody sees their mortality in the person. But I think a lot of that has to do with you can't turn around to somebody who's 30 and say, I'm ready to turn this over to you. This has to start at three and four.That means giving responsibility and trusting some responsibility while you're guiding and shepherding people along.
