The Biggest Trigger for Anxiety
The biggest trigger for anxiety is the inability to say no, because then we're captive to other people. So that is an anxious feeling, right? Like trapped. And you said to be aware of personal signs in the body that we need to set those boundaries. You can do that very strongly, but lovingly still. If we don't let it go too far and then it's harder, maybe our expectations aren't as realistic or something like that.
