The law was, was particularly abused. Peacekeeping agencies were allowed to keep the money that they, if they see some so they could sell the assets and then that would go to that particular agency to buy police equipment. And we did that on a number of occasions I think one time we got several hundred thousand dollars and an asset, seizure funds off a drug case. We built a whole new modern communication system with that money. Those days up 300,000, 200,000 lot of money. It shouldn't be sent, give them back to them. But if they can prove that it is the gains that it should be given to the, to the public funding boards to decide what happens
