I don't work for lsevere. I work for the community of soil biology around the world. Even though the journal is owned by elsevere, and i do have to report to them, they're not the community that i really value. No, it its its it's our means to an end. That brings me to your wonderful er article, editorial perspective, er, how to avoid having your manuscript rejected. One of those wonderful titlesand it clearly speaks directly to this athos that you're both talking about. You state very early on that we primarily work with authors, but we ultimately work for readers. So this states clearly the perspective that i would probably be willing to generalize
