He says it's one of those things that as an investor you know you study the sport and you study other great investors, he says.rushkoff: You can't really understand how hard it is to get to conviction until you go through that process no matter how much you read about it.Rushkoff: Think of it as your entire career's journey is really just about trying to find conviction a handful of times i mean that's more or less what Buffett was kind of writing in that letter.
