How to Prepare for Trial

Don't skimp on your after action reports. They're not some super secret document, we have to produce those in a civil case as part of the discovery process. Video, audio, photos, whatever we can get to support our position should be part of that after action report because that's what I'm going to be using to put up our defense. When I have the opportunity to travel up and down the state or even outside of California, my batteries get recharged by the intelligence and creativity of the folks out there solving their community's problems.
