i think that this question, through no fault of their own, has really been repudiated by the student movement around daka. The idea was both unfeasible and that it politically would never play in the by partisone contact strait. And so i guess what we be doing is how do we balance that? It's attention between those folks inside the belt strategists who are going to push things through because they're on the side of higher and further society. I think it's also a move away from individual rights as well as these families, many of whom have very complicated realities of emigration.
