Capturing Your Knowledge Base

The question we need to be asking first about capture is not about what tool or even what to capture, but why are we capturing anything in the first place? I think part of this is because I've been doing information governance for the last ten years. And I'm a big believer in keeping the right amount of information. You have to get good at deciding what to keep and what not to keep.
