Platform Engineering: A Path to Success

I think what's important there on the operations side of things is that you're differentiating between sort of more traditional operation role, right? So it's not like a platform team replaces an SRE team. But you need to spin up this separate set of skill sets and roles that really focus on shipping a product. And then also finally, I think there is a conversation of roll-up strategy. Who are your early adopters? Where you start? We have seen a lot of successful platform initiatives starting by working with the more advanced development teams.
