McCarthy's campaign went out of its way to be straight edge. The expression was clean for Jean. If you showed up with long hair or a beard to volunteer, the campaign would turn you back and tell you to get a shave and a haircut. McCarthy ended up getting 42% of the votes in New Hampshire to Johnson's 48%. This changes everything. I run for the presidency because I want the Democratic Party and the United States of America to stand for hope instead of despairFor reconciliation of men instead of the growing risk of world war.
