How to Synthesis Research

A lot of what you can do in the field is set yourself up to do good synthesis. So for me, it's kind of right a one sentence description of the person. If I had done a session with you, it'd be like medium sized blonde man with glasses wearing a cool t-shirt. That would be enough to sort of remember who that was or it's a tall dark skinned woman with a four year old by the hand. And then if you write down specifically the biggest surprise from the session, that's usually the moment that had the biggest intellectual and emotional connection for the researcher.
