Is There a Gravitational Background?

Gravitational waves have frequencies, just like light does. The lago observatory is based here on earth, and what they'd like to do is build a much bigger version out in space. They want to put three satellites out there that manage to somehow keep a very precise distant from each other. It's not science fiction, as te real experiment. Might really happen sometime the next ten or 15 years - it could teach us something deep about the universe.
