How to Get to Burnout
Burnout to me is where you have overworked your body and your body needs to recover. And because I follow embodied cognition, I would say that the embodied cognition of you need to recover. When when you're thinking about something obviously you've built up this system and you are thinking about stuff. But when when it expands to a point that you cannot any longer contain it, you don't have the energy to contain this stuff. You're then expanding too much energy. And if you try and maintain it, that's where you're in an energy deficit or burnout. It makes more sense than I have previously thought. That's how I see it. So, so burnout is
