How to Prevent a Reoccurrence
There was a lot that I was thinking about and I was sort of trying to unpack it. My LinkedIn post was really trying to encourage other people to think about the stuff that happens before a decision gets made then it flows into behavior right so you know if we reflect back and say look on place value in this case if you might think well it seems to be a poor decision understanding you know why why do people make these decisions is important.
