How to Use the Shared Shoe Space

A family has three kids, aged about eight, 11 and 14. They use this structure that i talk about in the book called the change up meeting. It starts with what's happening as there's a giant pile of shoes by the door. And we talked a little bit more about like, why is that a problem? There are some people thas bothers, and some people don't care. Then the second question is, what needs do you see in the situation? And it's just very simply, well, we need to be able to open the door.
