When you are a chronic people pleaser and you apologize too often, you get something in return. One idea is you don't come close to offending someone. Another reason why people apolo way too often is they don't wat to feel like they'recoming acrosss too much. They feel like them asking for what they feel that they want. It's their own needs and things thaare important to them. When you feel that your wants are justified, your needs are not justified, it's another way of saying, i'm not good enough or i'm not deserving. So you get to continue the pattern that you're not deserving.
