How to Sleep Better

I like to eat relatively early and take two supplements, creatine and magnesium biscuizinate. My sleep is drastically improved quality wise when I put that about 90 minutes before I go to bed. And then I'll take a quick walk, come back and make some chamomile lavender tea,. And I have like a list of things I like to do at night. The idea of waking up to an alarm is to me, like, think about it from a historical perspective.
