How to Set Key Performance Indicators for Your Company
There are a lot of different KPI's out there I like to base. The initial ones for all industries can be based on what is known as a balance scorecard which was a book that was written years ago. You don't want to inundate somebody with too many KPI's to me you can have seven eight or nine responsible for one person. They can take a look at those and they're in charge of those when you have your management meetings you look at all the KPI.
