The Timeline for Alien Canon's Decision to Intervene in the Case
There's no way the judge would recuse herself on the basis of her prior ruling was so bad and so lawless, no one would think she could behave judiciously. There are going to be lots of motions legal issues to be filed and resolved. I wouldn't be surprised if during like the lead up to the trial we end up hearing more about an order that the magistrate judge ordered Trump not to have contact with witnesses in the case.
