Is the Court a Way of Circumventing Gridlock?
In a diverse society riven by value conflicts with cross cutting political coalitions, i mean, is this just kind of the inevitable and inevitable means of kind of circumventing gridlock? I don't really see them as te resolving gridluck. They're more, they more exist to check partisans who are trying to do stuff, rather than rather. On something like affirmative action,. you know, we might the the supreme court may be a resolving a polarizing issue in faonow. But it really depends on the issue.
