He says we've entered sort of new territory with each bad news cycle, everything from doubting election results to competing legal claims. LZ: In addition to these official establishment untruths and collapsing narratives to counter them, anti-establishment types started throwing up their own complete lies. And then so we sort of ended up existing in this culture where there's this sort of binary choice to believe one set of untruthS, he says.
