Acceptance Clauses - What Are They?

In some cases, the acceptance clause will be dependent upon objective criteria that the vendor could assess that they've complied with. In other cases, and you might see this in some more custom applications, probably larger dollar value purchases, where the customer is going to perform their own tesks. And if the contract permits to essentially refuse to accept the good and not pay, than you would likely conclude the control doesn't transfer until that acceptance has been received.
