The Importance of Pathology in Radiology Training

The presence of additional findings so in addition to either motor or sensory deficits you might have more than one type of deficit present that is really going to push you towards a large vessel occlusion. I think the thing that distinguishes senior really competent radiologists at the peak of their kind of knowledge is not really how much radiology they know but it's how much other adjacent knowledge they have. The more histology you know the more pathology in genetics you know and the more clinical symptomatology the more surgical approaches and techniques that you know  the more that makes you a good radiologist.
