How to Give Positive Feedback
One verb that people tend to use a lot is glad. Glad also means being happy and pleased but it's also got this element of satisfaction as well being satisfied. So I would just use glad less and use pleased and happy a little bit more. Now how can you tell somebody that they've done a good job? This is the third item on my list today.
