Holistic, Alternative or Integrative?

i was one if you could help everyone listening to understand, just first discuss a couple f these terms that are out there. A lot of people refer to it as this kind of holistic, which we were d weere discussing before. It's spelled with an h and not a w h, even though it means the same thing. I dosnt affirm that they are very, very related, but i find that ther a son thisthinctions between the two.
