Mitchell Baldrigge is the co-founder of a real estate investment firm. He and his partner Nick Huber are known for their tax strategies on Twitter. They use depreciation to compound quicker, and hopefully defer taxes for a really long time. Mitchell says he's seen clients who have made millions by working at big fang companies but also run their own businesses.
