I would say one of my biggest learnings since I have been at Parker Gill over the past few years is, you know, co-owning the goals or the value creation plan. There are firms who do more club deals, much more common adventure than it is in private equity but you may have investments. And in those cases, if you have an operating team and you're essentially a minority investor, your only approach is collaborative.
