Is There a Place for Composers?
Comedians are often wary of mentors and comedy, totally. I also think there's a thing with women that maybe insecure female comedians have: There's not enough room for everyone. Do you think there's more structure to report abuse in academia than there is in stand-up? Ye, but i don't know that it's ropect or scary, that something in an institution isn't equal. If you feel like the outskirts of a scene, you could go to another city - which can be lonelier and almos scarier because it's no guarantee anything will get done.
