The Importance of Body Language

I was invited to the White House if I met with the president and the first lady. And it was kind of a crazy experience, just realizing that you see these people on TV, but they really are humans. To lead people, you must understand them. If you can master people, you can master anything. People are so complex and so involved. So what we like to do is we like to simplify people, put them in a box and label them. Not only does it cause them harm-y person, but even put aside, it makes it harder for us to learn people.
