Sleep Deprivation in Weight Lifting

A lack of sleep has been studied in different sports, including weight lifting. The physical factor is that your ability to recover set to set, or work out workout, actually goes down. Getting into that flow is nearly impossible when your sleep deprived. It makes it very hard to feel that you're able to do things easily with fluidity.
