Radiometric Dates Are Millions of Years Old.
i don't think they're telling us exactly how old these rocks are, i'm using them in a relative sense. We can apply principles that have absolutely nothing to do with radiometric dates but allow us to deduce those things about those rock so we can work out a relative sequence. And we can think about it completely independently of absolute dating,. which is the attempt to actually put a time scale on how old this thing is and how young this thing.
